The Space Hippie collection was just the beginning for Nike and its use of recycled materials in transforming some of its silhouettes and making better use of old materials. The Jordan Brand will be introducing the concept in three upcoming models, the first of which is a Jordan 1 model. These first models are all overt in their application of recycled materials, using a rough grind technique that showcases the slightly different material colors that go into the base product. The Jordan 1 is joined by a set of slides and the namesake Jordan Crater itself. Stay tuned for release dates.
